Jaqueline A. Philpott, PsyD

CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST

Dr. Jacqueline Philpott is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in working with children, adolescents, and families. She received her undergraduate, master's and doctorate degree from Pacific University in Forest Grove/Hillsboro, Oregon where she specialized in working with children and adolescents as well as individuals who identified as Latino/a/x. Afterwards, Dr. Philpott completed her clinical internship at Virginia Beach Public School District in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and her postdoctoral fellowship in clinical psychology at West Virginia University Medicine's University Behavioral Medicine and Psychiatry. 

 Dr. Philpott is currently licensed as a clinical psychologist in Louisiana and Mississippi. In addition to her clinical private practice, Dr. Johnson works as a pediatric psychologist in New Orleans, providing consultation and liaison for patients in the primary care setting. 

 Dr. Philpott's expertise includes: assessment and treatment of individuals with neurodevelopmental differences (i.e., autism spectrum disorder, intellectual delays, ADHD, etc.), parent training for children who exhibit difficult/disruptive behaviors, and evidence-based treatment for individuals presenting with mood disorders such as anxiety or depression.  

Dr. Philpott is licensed in the states of Mississippi and Louisiana and is now accepting new clients.
